Philmont Scout Ranch is a ranch located in Colfax County, New Mexico, near the village of Cimarron; it covers 140,177 acres of wilderness in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains of the Rocky Mountains. Donated by oil baron Waite Phillips, the ranch is owned and operated by the Boy Scouts of America.

BSA Family Adventure Camp is a unique chance to experience the Philmont Scout Ranch like never before! Open to all registered members of the BSA and their families, you will have a chance to participate in all of the incredible activities offered at Philmont and make memories with your family that will last a lifetime.
The BSA Family Adventure Camp is designed to meet the needs of families and build bonds through exciting and interactive programs. The program will operate in an open enrollment format where you and your family will have the chance to choose activities that appeal to you. Families will meet for two program sessions daily: Morning and Afternoon. A parent must accompany their family on all participated program.

BSA FAMILY ADVENTURE CAMP
We’re excited to have you join us in Summer 2020! Whether you’re coming to sharpen or learn new Scouting skills or just want to hang with the family, we have a program for you!
Join us for a full week or half a week and get ready for fun and adventure! Fees include Terrace Tent housing, meals, and Base Program Activities. For an additional fee, you may select upgrade housing during the registration process and upgraded program activities.
***Your family MUST include at least 1 parent/guardian 18+ years of age or older.
A parent/guardian MUST accompany their family on all participated program.***
Select Your Program:
- Full Week program – A non-refundable deposit of $250 per person is due at the time of registration.
- Half Week program – A non-refundable deposit of $150 per person is due at the time of registration.
- At 45 days out from event 50% of total registration costs are due.
- At 30 days out from the event 100% of total registration costs are due.
Cancellation / Refund Policy:
- 60 days out from event = Full Refund, less deposit
- 45 days out from event = Half Refund, less deposit
- 30 days out from event = No Refund
Exceptions to the Rule: Military Service, family death, major medical (less deposit), or other extenuating circumstances evaluated on a per base basis.
Refund will be applied to the credit card listed under the registration profile. If payments were only made in the form of a check, then the refund will be mailed in the form of a check.
